In Dash, subscriptions are tied to plan-based access and are designed to give users flexibility and transparency throughout their usage journey.
Whether you’re getting started or scaling up, you can manage your subscription directly through the product, no hidden steps, no surprises.
Subscriptions only apply to paid plans. The Free Plan is available at no cost and doesn’t require any subscription setup.
How Subscriptions Work

Subscriptions are monthly and recurring, based on the selected paid plan.

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through the Subscription Portal in your Dash account.

Plan changes are applied according to the billing cycle logic:

Upgrades take effect immediately.

Downgrades are scheduled for the end of the current billing cycle, you’ll continue enjoying the higher-tier features until then.

For users in the Custom Plan, subscription and billing are handled directly with the Resizes team, as it involves specific configuration and support.
Billing and Invoicing

When you start a subscription, you’ll be charged immediately for the selected plan.

At the start of each billing cycle, an invoice is generated and sent to your account’s registered email.

If there’s an issue with the payment method, Dash begins a structured process to help you recover access without losing your setup.
Grace Period and Payment Recovery
If a recurring payment fails, the following recovery period is applied:

Days 1–5: Grace Period

You’ll receive reminders to update your payment method.

All features and applications remain fully active during this time.

Days 6–7: Blocked State

Applications remain deployed and publicly accessible.
-
You can still access the dashboard, but you’ll see a blocked screen with a clear prompt to complete your payment.

New deployments and configuration changes are not allowed during this period.

After Day 7: Suspension

Applications and services are shut down and inaccessible.

You can still log in and complete payment to reactivate your account.

Once payment is completed, all services and settings will be restored automatically.
